The problem

What was different
Our ads show tree work on Facebook to homeowners in Joe's area, and the people who reply are already looking. In Joe's words: "It's people that want the work done. They're not cold calls." He also noticed the ads themselves: "I had a few things on Facebook, but nothing like you guys have done."
The result

Joe: Hi, my name is Joe, [Joe's Expert Tree and Stump].
Branch Up: Before you found us, you were working with other lead generation companies. How did that go?
Joe: I thought it was great at first, but then it was hard, because they were people that weren't looking for tree work. They were just phone calls, and a lot of people don't like that.
Branch Up: What was happening in the business that made you say, I need to fix this right now?
Joe: I wanted to get tree calls from people that were looking to have tree work done. I just needed more calls. Things were slow.
Branch Up: You tried a lot of lead gen before. What made you want to trust us?
Joe: I didn't have videos on Facebook. I had a few things on Facebook, but nothing like you guys have done.
Branch Up: We've been working together for a month now. What was different about our process?
Joe: It's people that want the work done. They're not cold calls. They're people actually looking for it. […] Some people didn't like it, some people didn't mind it.
Branch Up: So the other companies were cold calling and cold texting people and sending you those leads?
